Conducting routine property and equipment inspections

Ensuring property and equipment is maintained to owner specifications  

Coordinating and supervising landscaping and gardening services including lawn cutting, weeding, fertilization, opening and closing irrigation systems, pruning, hedge trimming, tree care, etc.  

Coordinating and supervising other property care service appointments such as pest control, swimming pool area care and maintenance including pool cleaning, chemical treatment, and furniture care and cleaning  

House cleaning including scheduling and supervising our own “white glove quality” cleaning staff, laundry of sheets and clothing, ironing carpet and rug cleaning, window washing, floor cleaning, waxing and polishing  

Ensuring adequate insurance for a) the property itself, b) contents, c) liability (protecting property, staff and your family) and d) health/ accident insurance (for the staff and your family).  

Anticipating and addressing issues before they become a problem  

Representing owner in all day-to-day operation of property  

Developing and implementing plans to improve the property either physically, operationally or procedurally  

Assigning work to tradesmen and other service staff and then inspecting workmanship for quality control  

Preparing and presenting monthly property and equipment status reports.  

Managing comprehensive bill payment service which eliminates extra charges and also summarizing and reconciling your bills on a single monthly statement  

Planning and organizing special events and catering  

Automobile and boat cleaning and detailing  

Making restaurant reservations  

Arranging for delivery of flowers  

Designing and arranging for seasonal displays, lighting and decorations
